"Wasn’t a good experience, especially coming up from Hamilton."

The receptionist/ owner. She had a rough time doing everything on her own.
The cutlery and silverware were not cleaned, the pots and pans weren’t cleaned either. So whoever stayed in room 21 did not clean properly after themselves. There was a huge spider in the room and at 4am in the morning a cockroach was crawling on my arm and I couldn’t go back to sleep. The shower was dirty.

Receptionist was nice. Location was good.
Bathroom wasnt clean. No milk provided. Fridge smelt awful. Bed wasn't very comfortable. No air con only a fan. Over priced for what it was

Spa bath that never got used
Noise from the road was a bit much, we walked in to a cockroach on the wall and was told it would be from the trees. Bath needed a proper scrub and the complimentary shampoo in the packet was very tiny
