Très bien situé, correctement équipé, agréable. La literie est cependant trop molle pour moi.

La literie

The apartment was very clean.

It lacked basic facilities that were inclusions - no coffee machine, kettle or tea making facilities. No wine glasses. No chopping board. Cheap things to have. When I enquired about the coffee machine I got no response at all from the manager even tho they responded immediately before to advise that the broken air con was not advertised as a feature. Disappointing customer services.

We liked the location mainly. Also the flat was roomy and there was a kitchen and washmachine which is convenient. The parking nearby in the streets is possible, just be careful about parking hours restrictions.

The kitchen had almost no equipment, the bed was short and too soft, so every movement leads to wake up.

The location of the property was very good and easily walkable from the train station with a nice trip over the old bridge (ponte di Castelvecchio). The old town was also in a very good walking distance. The facilities were there so that you could cook if you chose to and it was easy to access the property following the owners instructions. Good signs around the property to give you instructions on what to do, particularly helpful for checking out.

Would have been a nice plus to have air conditioning however it was definitely workable without.

check in process was very easy and accessible

The furniture was very old, there was no heating and hot water, the bed was also so old and uncomfortable.
