Airport Fresh Lodge

It is a very nice and spacious place. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The sliding door (main door to the house) was not working properly and came out of its rail. It's not a very comfortable thought to know the door can easily be derailed while you are asleep.

The place is great but if they can sort the water issue it will be 100%, also, the water was not warm as expected and did not flow at an expect pressure from the shower.

Cleanliness

Awful smell from the laundry next door. No washing machine as advertised and no air con or heating as advertised. On arrival the fridge was unplugged resulting in an awful smell and we were greeted by a cockroach. The cooking facilities were questionable. No communication regarding WiFi access or login for the TV. The electricity was prepaid and didn’t have sufficient credit resulting in us having to walk around in the dark and not being able to have hot water. The property is non-smoking yet the sofa had a distinct smell of cigarette smoke. We were informed that guests were able to make use of the laundry next door, that would be why we were unable to find the washing machine, would have been helpful if we knew this prior to arrival and not 10 minutes before we checked out.

Since it’s winter perhaps a gas heater would do saving on electricity a small electric heater was provided

Clean and secure property. Close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Geyser was warm and not hot. It’s Winter.

Lovely Place. Very convenient. It had everything we needed. Lovely apartment for our stay and would definitely stay there again.

It was perfect.
