GBIn a very nice quiet area, 5 minute walk from a 7/11 and less than 10 minutes from a train station.
The shower would sometimes switch between being very hot and very cold.
PHThe area is located in a quiet neighborhood and the place is equipped. Apartment is compact and clean. It is near a bus station, train station (15 min walk) and a 7-11. Location is not center so be mindful if you are okay to commute far.
The toilet isnt Japanese which I was looking forward to. Not a major issue but could be better. The AC turned off 2x without us prompting but also not a major issue.

There was a bit of a problem during check in because the pin code was unclear. Thankfully the host replied fast enough on the app. There was a funny smell in the unit. I think it was coming from the aroma diffuser. It was not unpleasant but it's better to remove it. The water temperature was also scalding hot one moment and freezing cold the next. It's not good to go during winter for sure.

MYThe location is good. there is nearby bus stop that can use to go to hakata as well as other places in fukuoka.. there is also nearby subway station kaizaku where i can go to fukuoka al-nour mosque and halal food and grocery near the mosque area . the host is very fast in replying to any queries and were very accomodating to our needs. Even though the space is a little limited for us but the room is clean and complete in terms of everything we need even cable extension is provided. Thank you host!
The hot and cold water in the bathroom is quite difficult to control. when i think that i have made the balance between hot and cold, it suddenly becomes very cold. and i think the hot water is also too hot.
