房子整理很乾淨，還有兩個馬桶，不用搶廁所。

我們被分配到三樓，行李箱要扛上去真的很吃力！訂的時候看到有提供停車場才預約，結果根本沒有停車位，當天下雨還要找車位，停的距離也不算近，一整個非常狼狽。鍋子都刮傷了，也不太敢使用。

We stayed here for three nights to explore Asahikawa and the surrounding area, and we were very happy with our choice. At first glance, the exterior looked a little outdated, so we didn’t expect too much, but inside everything is fully refurbished and very comfortable. All the equipment you might need for a mid- to long-term stay is provided, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, and kitchen equipment. What we especially liked was the thoughtful layout: two toilets separate from the shower room meant we didn’t need to wait for each other during busy mornings. There are also two wash basins, and with the kitchen sink as well, all three of us could get ready at the same time. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place, especially for those staying more than just a couple of nights. Great value for money.

If on-site parking or street parking were available, it would be even better. There are several parking lots nearby, though none are free. The closest one wasn’t the best value, so we decided to park about two blocks away (around a 5-minute walk). A recommendation for parking would have been appreciated.

Very clean and family friendly and good value for group of more than 3.

Limited space to put your big luggages, because you cannot drag your luggage outside of the entrance carpeted area. Or have to be very very very careful not to scratch the floor.

Clean, spacious, sauna, so amazing! And... if you wake up after 10am, you get a projector led wake up call with streams of water in front of you. Love it! Kitchen fully equipped! And love the washer dryer.

No elevtor to the 3rd floor but is okay, we are all fit. Location is great as we drove and park beside it. I am still waiting for my reimbursement of parking 600 yen per day, and yet to receive it.
