Victor, the manager of the hotel is a real Angel 😇 He gave us best advices, for dinner with music, for sightseeing in Caracas and he took a big effort to advise and book our journey to Canaima, Angel Falls, Roraima, Mochima, S. Margarita and Medanos with Coro. For foreign guests, who don’t know much about Venezuela, like us, Victor is our “ANGEL”. THANK YOU VERY MUCH INDEED Soraya & Werner

All okay … of course it is not Zurich Bahnhofstrasse, but it is a fraction of the cost in Switzerland.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Some of them can speak English and so it is very good because most people can not speak English in city.It is near Pantheon and other sights.

Wi-fi was very slow in my room.Room mates start doing service early on corridors and in checked out rooms like 8 am,so they were waking me up by making noise.Generally it is clean hotel but in my room there were insects,especially in bathroom.
