TownHouse Extended Stay Hotel Downtown

The location is very nice as it is in downtown where you can find all important facilities opposite to the hotel.

I did not like some noises which were often made by other guests during night.

The staff was nice and the place smelled good and the room was clean upon arrival.

There were roaches in the room. The air conditioner didn’t cool the room fully and things were falling apart. I also asked for an early check in accommodation upon arriving at the hotel because I had been driving all night but was told I would have to pay a $35 fee. I refused to do so because I already spent over $500 for my stay.

The location was great and the beds were comfortable.

The pillows need to be updated and replaced

The pictures made the room look much bigger than .

that there was a kitchen and close to my kids school

sketchy workers , housekeeping was always decent no complaints with them. the loads of families they are trafficking through out the hotel all hours of the days. the rudeness from some of the front desk people !

they kept making us move rooms after unpacking. and they never did that before

comfortable beds nice room lay-out easy to find easy parking and access to front door

very small bathroom kinda noisy at night until 10pm shabby kitchen towels leaky kitchen faucet

that has a kitchen and I was right downtown and close to my Kids school

A lot of sketchy people out at night.
