Reasonable price and very spacious

The wait to check in

Sink flooded. Had to switch rooms. Second room had a fridge that was loud enough to wake me up at night twice.

The location

There was no trash can in the room, and no scoops or spoons to stir the coffee.

When we finally got settled, the room was clean & comfortable

1st room given to us wasn't ready (no towels, etc) 2nd , better. But we had to call down to get a coffee maker that worked. Ended up trying 3 before we found one that would work.

The location is very good, close to turístic places. Goof attention

Room was satisfactory

The only thing that went well is the speedy refund I received the next day. I left the hotel less than 5 minutes after checking in due to the issues listed in the next question. I was appalled.

When I first arrived, there was a man screaming in the parking lot. Upon checking into my room and entering it, the room was not what I booked. I booked a room that was meant to have a pull out couch. Instead there was a queen bed and 2 non-reclining chairs, no pull out couch. Additionally, there were cockroaches in the room. When we left the room to check out, there were more roaches in the hallway. The front desk told us there was nothing they could do but put us in another room. I told them that was unacceptable as we were not staying in an unclean room. I immediately booked another hotel and called Booking.com the following day. They were amazing and helped me get my refund from this hotel.
