Friendly staff. Room was great. Location was awesome.

The inside of the room appeared to have been cleaned and was updated and in good condition. I also liked that there was a full size refrigerator and a stove. The staff member that checked us in was professional and nice.

ATTENTION POTENTIAL BOOKERS: When booking the room via booking.com, it shows that early check in was included in the option I chose. However, when I contacted the property to arrange a time, I was told that THEY HAVE NO FREE OR INCLUDED EARLY CHECK IN OPTION AND I WILL NEED TO PAY $30 IF I WANT TO CHECK IN EARLY. This was very upsetting to me because it messed up my travel plans and I had to make other arrangements. I could not even cancel the reservation because the policy was NO CANCELATIONS and NO REFUNDS. I think this is unfair and false advertising and I would have booked at a different location if I had known the information was inaccurate in their offerings. Even though the room appeared to be cleaned, unfortunately we still saw a cockroach climbing the wall in our room. The building (meaning outside of our room) is runed down and needs to be updated, there was a bad smell throughout the building too. I don't know if another guest was given a key coded to open our room, or if a staff member mistakenly entered our room, but at about 5:25 AM someone opened the door to our room, saw me there laying in bed, and then said "Oops, sorry!" then shut the door and left. That was so uncomfortable and shocking, I didn't even have time to cover myself.

Great small suite! Bed was very comfortable and staff was very kind.

Lobby could use some touching up but the hallways and rooms are amazing.

The hotel is very quiey and I really like the clean rooms

lobby was dirty and uninviting. we almost didn't stay until we saw the room, which was just OK for the price. at least it was clean, much nicer than the lobby!
