רחוק מאוד מהמרכז, נסיעה שעה בתחבורה הציבורית כולל הליכה ארוכה לתחנת האוטובוס והחלפת אוטובוסים. טלויזיה רק בסלון ואין טלויזיה בחדר השינה. תמורה טובה בסך הכל למחיר.
