Did not look like it had been checked or cleaned before our arrival. The bed was rock hard and dipped in the middle so did not sleep well at all! The man I spoke to expected me to park in a disabled spot and did not provide a permit until late in the evening which didn’t even have my license plate on so was useless and waiting to see if I get a fine for it as was told could not park in a different empty bay. It was difficult to find the pickup point for the keys and then correct building/parking area as no precise communication had been provided Definitely wasn’t worth what I paid for it and would not Recommend to be honest if I could get a refund for it I would!

Cleanliness, bathroom sizes and amenities. Living room, easy access to the city, very roomy apartment. Car park is a disability spot, so there is plenty of space for vehicle and easy access in and out of car park.

Second bedroom contained a damaged bed frame and poor mattress quality compared with main room, thermostat did not work in the bedroom we stayed in and the main room was too hot for our elderly grandparent, wifi did not connect to the internet, questionable cleanliness of glasses/cups as there were some still sitting in dishwasher. Parking was not clear regarding displaying a permit and being a disability spot was unsure if we needed a permit or not to park on it.
