GBIt gave us the freedome to chill out and take a really relaxing break. The wildlife was wonderful and we enjoyed the sheep, they were so lovely the way the inter acted with each-other. There were three mischievous goats who were totally awesome.
A very minor detail was that upon arrival the key that we took out of the key safe jammed in the Shepherd Hut door and we couldn't get it out. We tried for ages and it just seemed stuck. Then like Excalibur it came out for the chosen one, my wife! We were too afraid that it would stay jammed in, to attempt to lock it again.

GBIt was so amazing. Me and my husband (this is his account) got married at kelham hall, it was a short walk from there. It is surrounded by a field close to the river trent as well as a farm (there are goats but I didn't hear a peep from them). It is a truly lovely rural experience.

The only thing we didn’t like was the compostable toilet which we hadn’t realised the hut had before we booked.
