Location was good and most of the staff were very helpful.

The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the place li mediocre to poor. We felt one of the managers was not entirely honest about the room price and it’s availability. Advise others to stick to Booking.com.

Staff. They were helpful

Dirty old hotel. Expensive related to quality. Breakfast included, but a second cup of coffee was full price. I had to dismantle my motorbike (mirrors etc) because itt was not save in front of the hotel. Les jeunes font des bêtises..Shared dirty shower and toilet. Shower had only cold water. Nothing to hang my clothes on in the shower except on the lid of the toilet (no way!). I had to ask for a towel. No facilities for toothbrush. Etc rtc

"Great hospitality"

Really friendly and hospitable place with a warm welcome from Hamid and Mustapha. They rented me a bicycle and went out of their way to help me secure a bus ticket for the next day when the bus company had closed. The hotel is at the very center of Rissani but noise is not a problem. It is really cosy and the food is good too.

Great warm hospitality in magical Rissani! Hamid and Mustafa make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Breakfast is tasty, and tea is plenty. Location is central. They can arrange bicycle for you to explore nearby villages and enjoy the landacapes, and will help you with information about further travel. Rissani is a unique place, and staying in Panorama is a recommended choice!
