Struttura molto pulita e accogliente , ci è stata assegnata una mansarda , in una piccola casa indipendente con giardinetto di nostra pertinenza , molto carino con vista lago , lo staff è stato molto cordiale e meticoloso nella spiegazione e nelle informazioni date , consigliandoci ottimi posti dove mangiare e percorsi da fare , ho soggiornato con la mia compagna incinta ed mio figlio di 3 anni , un po’ difficoltoso arrivare all’appartamento in quanto c’era una bella salita con scalinate . ma per noi buoni sportivi ci ha fatto solo che piacere però c’è da camminare con una bella percentuale di dislivello non adatto secondo me a chi ha problemi di deambulazione o comunque difficoltà nel fare salite . Isola molto bella e suggestiva sicuramente ci torneremo

Location was good and the view from the balcony was great, but we had only booked one night and just wanted a bed for the night and a hot shower in the morning. Unfortunately, we had no hot water for showers and the water pressure was really low, therefore an expensive nights accommodation for what we got. Owner apparently called a plumber out after we'd left the property and reported back extremely quickly (within an hour) that there wasn't a problem with the hot water and that the water pressure problem wasn't to do with the property, but the local service.

Clean, spacious and comfortable 2 bed apartment on the ground floor of this 3 storey detached building. Wonderful views over Lake Iseo and in a lovely little village with a good choice of restaurants. Ferries to and from Sulzano provided easy access. Very good communication from friendly, helpful host, Allesandro. Useful, shared laundry room. We loved the island and were happy that we chose this apartment. A great holiday home.

A bit of a climb to the property but worth it for the private location and beautiful view. Not a problem for us as we are physically fit and travel light, but possibly an issue for less mobile travellers. Church bells woke us up in the morning which was annoying - but we did know about this in advance and appreciate that they are a part of the fabric of the community - a personal opinion. Shower could do with upgrading - no space for toiletries and a strange layout. Overall though would recommend this place.

The location and views and good space inside.

The communication was poor, I asked questions before the stay and they took a long time to respond. I got a quote for 10 people for £830, when I came to book only 8 booked on and it was still £830. Later one additional guest decided to come with us totalling 9 all together. The property then wanted to charge an extra €50 on checkout saying they provided an extra towel for this guest!! ( not sure how one towel is €50??) I told them I wasn’t happy with this and they agreed to drop the fee. No one asked us about check out times etc, I had to chase them to sort this out. Then they told me I had ‘caused them a problem’ as we were leaving at 7am for our flight. Had they have discussed this with us on check in it could have all been organised. After our check out inspection we were told they were holding back €50 due to 2 broken glasses, a drink that leaked in the freezer and some empty bottles we had to leave next to our bin as they didn’t provide any extra bin bags for us, or give directions as to what to do with our rubbish. We were relying on our €150 deposit cash back to pay our taxi to the airport. A different person to the one inspecting the apartment came to meet us with the €100 and was late so we had to keep our taxi waiting. I had 3 different people communicating with me over WhatsApp during the weekend so not much consistency in communication. One person was very helpful with providing information about the island or taxi numbers etc, but the other the messages were quite abrupt and rude also.

The location was great. It was close to a lot of the main restaurants and shops in town. The view was exceptional! There was plenty of room and laundry facilities was a plus.

There wasn’t air conditioning, and it was extremely hot. It made it hard to sleep at night. In the cupboards there were not any plates or drinking glasses. It was right next to the church, so the ringing bells were very loud (I should have known this beforehand looking at the photos. It made the view so much more beautiful, however).
