conforto e limpeza

poucas informações para check in sobretudo em relação a vaga de garagem (que nao ficava no mesmo prédio e o endereço nao era de fácil localização) sobretudo o fato de ter que ligar para um numero português para obter mais infomacoes sobre o check in sendo que deveria estar tudo descrito no email de boas vindas. uma lastima. imaginem o turista que chaga sem um celular ou ship português, somente com wifi? Alem de ser obrigado a ter um cartão sim cm ligações ele tem que falar português co o atendente... ENFIM, atendimento/check in lamentável comparado com a qualidade do loft.
