Horrible experience — I demand a refund. Staying at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. The room was dirty from the moment I arrived — stained bed sheets, insects everywhere, and no proper cleaning service. Despite asking for cleaning, they only came once and barely did anything. The room remained disgusting. Reception closes at 1 PM, so if you need anything after that, you’re on your own. There was no soap provided, and when I asked for some, they handed me a nearly empty bottle filled with diluted water. Completely unacceptable. On top of the lack of hygiene and basic service, I felt extremely unsafe. I was catcalled daily by people associated with the property. I didn’t feel like a guest — I felt uncomfortable, exposed, and ignored. After three days of this nightmare, I couldn’t take it anymore and moved to another hotel. I didn’t sleep properly, I didn’t feel safe, and I certainly didn’t get what I paid for. This was a total disaster, and I am formally requesting a full refund. No one should have to go through this.
