親切な対応。

We ended up leaving after checking in, and got a full refund. Positives: It was clean. Hosts were onsite and we were able to talk to them. Good locaton. Secure car parking. We got a refund.

Booked a private room, meant to have a double bed amd a single bed - this was a converted dorm room, where they built a wall in the middle, but didn't move the aircon in the middle. Instead there's a hole in the wall and the aircon is split between the two rooms. Its cold in winter, and we had no control over the aircon, as the other room had the remote. The hole also means you can hear everything between the rooms, and see the lights. Not very private. Room also didn't have a double, only a single bed and a bunk bed. We asked to change rooms and we were told no, its ok, they check out tomorrow, then your room will be private. We expressed our unhappiness, and got a refund. But still felt misled by the room, and by the high reviews for this place, and had to find other accom last minute, so felt it necessary to leave this review.

Za drogi jak na te warunki.W pokoju jest klimatyzacja....dzielona z innym pokojem.Bylo tak zimno,że musiałam zmienić na inne miejsce. Brak ręczników, śniadania za tą cenę to dziwna rzecz. Poza tym okno malutkie,nie można dosięgnąć,bo jest gdzieś u góry. Polecam za podobną cenę znaleźć coś innego. Wzięłam ten hotel tylko dlatego,że poprzedni nagle napisał,że nie mają dla mnie miejsca choć rezerwacji dokonywałam miesiąc wcześniej.

位置极佳，房间和卫生间干净，服务非常好，老板一家人都很好👍

降温后房间有点冷

The property is in a very good location all land marks whatever you want to see in Samarkand in walking distance also the restaurants are nearby but the rooms too small and there is no breakfast but you can use the kitchen for making a cup of tea
