everything was great 🤩 stable wifi, clean rooms, welcoming staff, shop almost included in the hostel 👌🏻👌🏻

only our room has shared AC with our neighbour, so we cannot regulate the temperature in our room😕

Cheap private room in the middle of town, friendly and attentive workers on what i guess is their home and business too.

No air conditioning is a minus coming in summer, but they do specify it so it is an improvement not a complaint

We love everything here ! The owner and his family is very nice. It is a great place ! Quiet, very clean and not far from the city by walk. Perfect location. The owner has a little shop next to the homestay, which is very convenient and we could park our car inside!

Great location ingrained in a local residential neighbourhood. The husband spoke good English and helped me arrange taxis, checked up on me, and was happy to help. Price was good but you get what you pay for. 15 minutes walk to Registan. Good local bakeries around the corner.

The room had no windows which could be opened, so I often slept with the door open. The room was as basic as it gets, and very small. You get what you pay for, which was fine for me.

room has no window, no fans no Aircon, and in the summer time every window is closed and you stuck in the room with high temperature like roasting chicken, it's beyond prison. when room were dirty and asked change, the staff just say no .

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is within 5 min walk to the old town's Bibi Khanym. There is a nice little convenient store attached to the guest house. The price was inexpensive for a private room.

There was an opening between my family room and the room next door for the sharing of the AC unit, so l could hear everything in the room next door. The room size was small. The shared bathroom had a shower that was rather small and l felt like the curtain kept wrapping my body. The soap dispenser ran out in the shared bathroom and was never replaced. The electricity was cut for 6 hours during the day, not sure if it was an isolated incident or not.

Slept really well! Nice place—clean and quiet. The host even upgraded my room for free. Awesome experience!
