The ambience is good. The hotel staff were quite undetectable. Booking.com messed up the way the booking is done. I first chosen two people one room. After seeing the price I updated to 2 rooms. The way the system configured which is different from my expectation. It interpreted as one room per one person. This was raised by hotel reception team. I have shown and explained how I tried to book. After some time and discussions, they kindly allowed to checkin. Booking. Com should understand how their system is creating issues at the time of booking.

The hotel WiFi does not get connected. When we approached for help they said it should connect and disconnected the phone. Not a great experience.
