Loud street noise

Friendly personal, clean, well located for the Aquila safari.

A bit old standard.

It was close to Aquila Game reserve where my daughter was staying we couldnt also get place there so opted for this as it was the closest

On arriving the building is very run down from outside. The garden and pool was clean. The room looked clean although there were cockroaches running around. There was only 1 towel provided and we were 2 guests. The towel was disgusting badly stained wouldnt dare use it. Shower was broken. Aircon in room but no remote. Staff were very noisy on night shift had to go to the office at 2:15 am and ask her to close the door and speak softer on her call as the sound carries. Very noisy position lots of trucks and shop across the road has many loud visitors. When checking out staff didn't even bother asking how our stay was". Would recommend this only as a stop over for truck drivers definately not to anyone else. Most disappointing

Das Hotel liegt sehr komfortabel zum Aquila Reserve. Wir haben das Hotel zur Übernachtung für die Safari genutzt und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Im Burger Laden auf der anderen Straßenseite der Hauptstraße hatten wir einen leckeren Lunch zu einem sehr guten Preis, der Kaffee und die Sandwiches waren auch gut. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und das Personal super nett. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist ok, wer empfindlich ist sollte sich Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, das Piepen der LKW die rückwärts fahren müssen ist leider nicht zu überhören.

Der Pool hätte sauberer sein können, aber den haben wir nicht genutzt da bei der Safari bei Aquila die Nutzung des Pools mit eingeschlossen war.

Need to serve a basic breakfast early in the morning for the business guys as there was many staying there mid-week.

Facility was clean

Booked in as a couple - only 1 towel and 1 coffee cup available. Shower over the bath with no anti-slip mats - couldn't bath as there was no plug in the bath. No device charging facilities. No wifi information available.

I stayed at Loganda Lodge on January 23, 2025, and was not impressed. The accommodations were very basic, with small rooms and a noticeable mosquito problem. Cleanliness was questionable, and the lodge is in need of upgrades and extensive maintenance. The bathroom had drainage issues, causing water to flood the floor while showering. It seems to be primarily used by workers who travel long distances for their jobs. On a positive note, the staff did their best to accommodate guests. However, this lodge is only a suitable option if you're in a bind and have no other place to stay for the night.
