DESono cliente Booking da 8 anni, vi posso assicurare, che questo è il peggior soggiorno che io abbia mai fatto. Come inizio: arriviamo nella "reception" praticamente un garage, paghiamo la tassa soggiorno senza ricevere alcuna ricevuta, chiamo la proprietaria e mi garantisce di farla in serata. Arriviamo nell' appartamento: divano letto non fatto per mio figlio con, su sopra un sacchetto pieno d' immondizia, quindi ho dovuto aprire il divano letto e farlo io stessa. Igiene e pulizia inesistente. Televisore non funzionante. Chiamo stamattina per la ricevuta ( perché mi spetta un rimborso da parte di Booking) e la proprietaria ( molto professionale) mi riattacca il telefono mentre parlo. A questo punto chiamo i carabinieri, sperando di ricevere la ricevuta in questi giorni. Visto l'esperienza vissuta, lo sconsiglio, nella maniera più assoluta.
ITOttima posizione, peccato tutto il resto.
I servizi del bagno erano poco puliti, in primis doccia e wc , lo schienale del letto era pieno di polvere, stessa cosa purtroppo il lampadario sopra il letto, il piano cottura della cucina era un po' sporco, come anche le manovelle per accendere i fuochi e altrettanto il lavello, sicuramente non torneremo

Waited 5 hours for check-in Even i paid advance payment but still wait for long time due to my name was not in their list. manager only reply in booking.com messages no physical contact. No calling option AC not providing shower need to fix because shower pressure is low and quite old. Others are perfect.AC not providing and shower need to fix. Others are perfect. late check-In staff can't understand english no quick solution
