PKBullshit as i booked and still my booking is confirmed at Booking.com. we all the way travelled and also put in the check in time which was approved by Avari Xpress. When we reached, they said that they have cancelled the booking and alloted the rooms to other guests. What the bullshit. This is how you treat your customers. We have keft with no option at 9 pm of the night. You should have inform or simply you should have charge from card in case of no show. Your hotel repute was already not good and this bullshit endorsed the point of view.

PKHotel is new management is very coporative front desk management is very helpful. I definitely will stay with avari Express skardu again
