Everything was exceptional

Excellent accommodation and great staff.

The staff made us feel welcome right from the beginning, welcoming us to the lodge at the door as we arrived. All our needs were catered for and the staff were fantastic in particular Lara, she was a phenomenal guide and felt part of our tour group - we considered her a friend. Lara’s knowledge was incredible and her passion for her work was clear to see. The facilities were lovely and felt very luxurious. It was an all round fantastic stay.

It was a pity the watering hole’s live feed didn’t work. We only noticed the problem as we thought this was a great idea when we were there last year and got a lot of value out of it.

This place blew our minds. It was so much more than we ever expected it to be. The place is enormous and beautifully decorated. The facilities are excellent and the staff were amazing. Plus, we had no idea it would include our own private safari guide whenever we wanted it. Just amazing! Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Honestly it was all brilliant! Only comment would maybe be to make sure you have the directions clearly loaded on your phone and don’t miss the turning when you arrive there.

The house had everything you could need. So well layed out.
