The hotel is perfect mix of elegance and cozy comfort. The owners and their whole staff are dedicated to your well-being, responsive, informative and efficient. They have impeccable manners coupled with a ready smile and treat you like an honoured relative. The common areas - lounge, restaurant and spa -are immensely comfortable, relaxing and elegant all at once and all have a wonderful view. The most simple rooms are very pleasant, including an excellent shower and nice balcony and are spotlessly clean. The cuisine is absolutely delicious: fresh produce, very savourily cooked and seasoned, and catering to all tastes including any dislikes and allergies, the breakfast is literally the best we've had.

Delicious breakfast with a focus on local, organic produce. Large, very comfortable room (we upgraded on arrival to a junior suite) with the most AMAZING view over the mountains. The shuttle bus worked really well, and the hotel were very helpful in arranging taxis for us from the town later in the evenings, as well as booking ski guiding for us. Our legs really appreciated the spa at the end of a day's skiing! We really enjoyed our 'Michelin dining' experience in the Stube, as well as the friendly bar with home made products.

our only suggestion would be fresh coffee in the rooms - and free water

Location, cleanliness, service and food were exceptional. 4 star hotel that deserves 5 stars. Barbara and her staff were very considerate and helpful, amazing service.
