Bio Hotel Hermitage

I loved the location of the hotel, specifically the magnificent views from the dining room and living room. The hotel was very well maintained and decorated and the staff were very friendly and profesional. The breakfast and food at the item was fabulous and the details such as the tea time cakes in the afternoon made the place really welcoming. The hotel is a family run business and this is very apparent in the warmth and management of the hotel. The shuttle service run by Enzo was very efficient at ferrying us to and from the slopes and the ski equipment delivery and pick up from the hotel was ideal. I will certainly be returning for a winter and summer stay.
