The location is excellent—right in the center of town, making it easy to explore on foot and only a short walk to Kuta Beach. If you’re into surfing, Seger Beach is just a 10-minute scooter ride away. Andy gave us a warm welcome, and we instantly felt at home. The air conditioning works perfectly, which was a big plus given the heat. While there’s no hot water in the shower, it wasn’t an issue at all since the weather was so warm—it actually felt refreshing! Overall, we loved our experience and would definitely recommend LilyPad Homestay.

One small area for improvement would be the comfort of the mattress and pillows, which weren’t as comfortable as we would have liked.

Great location, just a short walk to the main road

Unfortunately the shower was not working, the owner told us it would work when the water tank fills up again but there was never more than a couple drops if water coming out of the shower during our 4 nights stay there. The sheet was to small for the bed and kept coming off and the blanket was the size of a towel for a double bed

Centrally located, but in a quiet side street. Good-size and very clean room. They also gave me a good deal on motorcycle rental. Helpful staff.

No hot water. Wi-Fi could have been better. Very uncomfortable mattress and pillow.

The room was basic but had everything we needed and the location was excellent, right in the middle of things but away from the noise and busyness. The staff were super helpful, we rented a scooter and did our laundry with them and both were excellent.
