Lovely location and nice family running the place. Lovely balcony as well and great value for money.

Sounds silly, but the sheet on the bed was a single sheet when we had booked a couple room. Also shower plumbing was not great

"Very unclean."

The location is really good, right in the center of Kuta but away from the main street's noise.

The room is really dirty! The towels and bed sheets had stains. When we got to the bedroom there was no toilet paper and only one towel for two people. We paid for the breakfast but no one showed in the morning to ask us what we wanted.

"Value for money, friendly hosts, clean rooms, good location!"

Erick and Andi were friendly hosts and keen to assist with any requests. The Guesthouse is situated at the end of a side road, so it's relatively quiet but still conveniently close to all the restaurants and shopping areas. The room was clean (cold water only - which was not a problem for us) They can help with arranging surf lessons, bike rental, airport / ferry pick up etc. Breakfast is a simple choice of pancakes or eggs on toast, with tea / coffee. We enjoyed the breakfasts and our chats with Andi and Erick in the mornings. They went out of their way to supply extra chillis and fresh basil which we love! Will stay again when we're in Lombok.

"Superb"

The accommodation is located just down the alley in the centre. The room was adequate and air conditioned, could have been more comfortable mattress but overall it was definitely worth the money. Breakfast was either an omelette or a pancake.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms where clean with all what you needed. Location is perfect.

For me it wasn’t a problem but there isn’t hot water.
