No shame in this camp. The 7 min ride(2 km) they'll offer from Merzouga to the camp will cost you more than a bus from Marrakesh(40 euro. One way!!). 15 euro for a sad dinner. No water pressure for shower. Definitely no wifi. Photos are misleading, so is everything that you find written about the camp. 30 hours cost me mora than 3 weeks in Morocco. Tourist trap. Left with a bad taste in my mouth. Stay away from this place!

We had a fantastic time at this campsite. With clean bathrooms, and a great vibe, it was perfect. Everyone was friendly, and we enjoyed ATV riding in the morning and afternoon. Highly recommend! the owner was very friendly and helpful

the manager of Merzouga Camp, was the real revelation of a true, honest, hospitable man of the desert who made us experience and taste the hidden beauty of the sand dunes, the life of nomads, and camels. Absolutely awesome trip to the desert! Everything was taken care of. The price covers everything, including the camel ride there and back, the dinner at the camp, and the breakfast in morning . The tents are very comfortable, and the utilities are available. Our guides were awesome guys and made sure that we had an experience of a lifetime. Thank you very much for this unforgettable trip! We had time to walk around and see one of the best sunsets before sitting around a table and eating one of the best candle-lit meals we had in Morocco! Our night finished with the staff playing and singing local music. The next day, we were woken up early to see the sunrise. Our experience ended with a rich traditional breakfast.

The stay was great. The place is wonderful if you want to see the starry sky, sunset, and sunrise over the dunes of the Sahara. They highlighted the friendliness of the people and the charm of the place. One of the places without massification and with a care and friendly service. Dinner was delicious. Absolutely recommended for adventurers and families.

It was exactly what we were looking for! A very charming Merzouga Pearl Berber Camp with a welcoming team in the heart of the desert. It’s truly nomad experience—the beds are so comfy, the tents have bathrooms with hot water and toilets, and the food served is amazing! The team was so thoughtful: it was cold, and they brought us hot water bottles, and even gave our kids some toys. We enjoyed a lovely camel ride in the dunes and had a wonderful and unforgettable time. The 4x4 ride from Merzouga to the camp is an experience in itself. The camp is one of the furthest from all the others, so it’s very peaceful and secluded, right in front of the dunes.

Really nice stay. The trip is really worth the money. Everyone at camp is super nice and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and were able to go a trip in the desert with many incredible stops.

We had the most amazing time at Shooting Star Desert Camp. The owner Mostafa and all the staff, Mohammed, and Hassan are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time from the moment we arrived at the airport. They sent a driver to come get us and then helped set up all the activities around camp. There was a camel ride, sunset and sunrise, ATV tour, sandboarding, fun times around the campfire bonding over Berber music. We also took a day tour to local nomad camps, Khamlia, and many other historical and interesting sites. Mostafa really helped us have the amazing time and experience we would not have had otherwise. We highly recommend the camp and the tours.Our driver said spoke many languages besides English and French and Arabic, and that helped a lot!
