The communication with the host and the instructions for check-in and check-out were perfect. Their English is great and they reply fast. They let us check in two hours earlier. The apartment is very cozy and nice. Wi-Fi, AC, and TV work great. Well-equipped, it had all the kitchen and bathroom things that we needed. Another thing that I have to mention, the apartment is decorated with a lot of nice positive affirmations that are heartwarming :)

No balcony access. There was a minor issue with flushing the toilet.

Very good location, just across the street from the train station. Clean and recently renovated most probably apartment. Perfect for the needs of my trip.

- easy checkin and checkout with a 4digits locker in front of the door

- the bathroom corners were yellow so did not take risks to shower - the area including the floor of the building, full of strange homeless people; - the building itself is very old with a strange smell in the elevator;

Although the building is old, the apartment itself is renovated, clean and well equipped. When we arrived, we noticed that there was no hot water, but the owner solved that problem very quickly.

The internet connection was slow (up to 5 Mb/s) and unstable

Facilities, including internet and washing machine, very suitable for our four day stay. Easy to check in. In a small apartment, space very well used - desk, lounge, kitchen, bed and balcony. Very clean.

If you need to be in this location it is a perfectly good cozy accomodation for one or a couple directly across the street from the bus/train station. Lots of ethnic foods to choose from close by.

The building is a bit tired but seems normal for the area. The apartment itself is freshly renovated.

We liked the price and the size of the fridge

We had a major problem with the toilet (piece of bread under toilet) and while the issue got solved, it shouldn't have happened in the first place. The room was also quite depressing to stay at. We would also ask for the kettle to get cleaned but the owner would say that it is clean and safe to drink from which didn't seem reasonable. Finally, the balcony was filthy and covered in bird stool.
