Sunset Bunker condo

Location was super convenient for going to Silver Dollar City, which we did at least 3 different days. Also, the beds were so comfortable that we actually pulled back the linens to see what kind of mattresses they were, with the hopes of being able to buy similar for our own house someday - I'm not even exaggerating. The family room furniture was comfortable and the gathering areas spacious, and my boys were over the top to play on the Xbox provided in the bunk room, plus regular games too. The host outfitted the place with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen for the week, which was amazing (other than the frig!).

The refrigerator wasn't working properly, and we didn't realize it until the 2nd day of our stay and ice cream had turned to soup and the frig was cool at best, not cold. No repair service was available for 3+ days because it was a holiday weekend, so we had to keep buying ice, using the freezer as a cooler, shifting food around to try to keep things from spoiling. The host credited us for our food but otherwise no acknowledgement of our inconvenience of time and hassle, since we lost most of one morning waiting for the repair service providers to swap out the frig, and install a new one, so we could get our food moved into the new frig (I cook for the family for the week to try to save money). Obviously this was a unique situation that no one else will likely face, and the place was amazing otherwise, so I would still recommend it.
