Absolute luxury… amazing attention to detail… host thought of everything, even welcome wine , rusks , cookies and flowers.Our best Bnb out of 7 on this trip in SA. Hanlie even recommended eating places etc.

Nothing to dislike at all!

It was easy to locate. Close to the main road and restaurants. Beautiful property, close to the beach 🏝️ Extremely tranquil & peaceful. We felt right at home. Hanlie really did go the extra mile and thought of everything. And to make our stay more memorable the house kitty made sure to pay us a visit ❤️Highly recommend staying at Nivenia!

The place was immaculate. Everything is available you could think of to make you comfortable. Walking distance to beach.. Amazing outside covered area for use of gas braai / BBQ. Nice and private.

All facilities were top class. And the host made us feel very welcome and provided us with alot of information regarding things to do etc

Everything. This place is stocked to the 9s. Just bring yourself,your food , clothes and sunblock They literally have everything needed for a self catering trip. Also everything provided is of superior quality including the towels, bedding and everything else. Not many people would have slept on a more comfy bed. Head down. Count to 3. Zzzzzzzz The hosts were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. She sent me so many links of things to do. Thanks Hanlie. Me and wifey will be back soon

Hanlie and Graham warmly welcomed us to their stunning home in Betty’s Bay with lots goodies and a excellent self catering unit.

We received a warm welcome from the hosts. The apartment is impeccably clean, comfortable, spacious and exquisitely furnished. We were delighted to find a dishwasher plus an airfryer in the beautiful kitchen. A mere 5 minute walk took us to a gorgeous beach. It was perfect!

Hanli and Graham went beyond and above any expectations to ensure our very elderly parents had a breakaway of note. Their care, attentiveness and attention to detail is exceptional. The tastefully decorated unit is eqipped with high end appliances, linen and thoughtful touches; one wants for nothing. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them to make our parents stay one they will always reflect back on very fondly. A beautiful stay hosted by exceptional people; we are forever grateful.
