Nivenia Beach House

The stay was perfect, just like the photos. You can walk less than 5 min to the beach. The location is perfect and you can also do some hikes nearby. The complimentary wine was a very nice touch. Definitely recommend it!

Hanlie, the host met us and took us to the apartment, showed us where to find the fire extinguisher, etc. She kept us updated of location, etc, and had a beautiful basket of goodies with a choice of red or white wine to choose from, honestly went the extra mile and it was like home away from home. Highly recommend and we will be back

We loved everything about this property. The owner Hanlie was super welcoming and friendly. The unit was clean and super comfortable. Lovely fluffy thick bath towels, king size bed with crisp cotton linen and quality bedding, TV with wifi, complimentary biscuits and homemade rusks, yummy chocolates and two lovely local wines, coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Body wash, shampoo and body cream all elegantly bottled. 2 ply toilet paper. Unit is self catering with air fryer, gas stove, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. Aircon in the room and if chilly bed has an electric blanket. Close to the beach and one can hear the sound of the ocean. The beach is spectacular with the gorgeous overberg mountain framing a clean beach. The photos on platform look exactly like the unit advertised. No false advertising. Secure parking too. We will be back, a 10.
