Bathroom was very very small, on last day breakfast was not ready 45 min after announced start. Also when we were leaving there was no one at the reception what was very strange. Price - performance - service was not the best for the money we paid.

Bigger bathrooms for shure!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia, due adulti e due bambini! Siamo stati nella Junior Suite! Piccolina ma estremamente funzionale! Climatizzatore, TV , bagno con doccia molto bello, mini frigorifero , guardaroba e mini cassaforte, ampio balcone e persino le corde per stendere il bucato! Colazione a buffet molto fornita e ottima inoltre lo staff , tutto , estremamente gentile e cordiale. Accoglienza Super!

Che bella scoperta questo hotel! Struttura completamente rinnovata, bella, accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio. Tutto era perfettamente pulito e la posizione è semplicemente strategica. Ma la vera sorpresa è stata l'accoglienza: alla reception ci hanno accolto con una gentilezza e una professionalità davvero di alto livello. Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti ascoltati, benvenuti e coccolati. Un'attenzione al cliente che oggi è sempre più rara e che fa davvero la differenza. E poi la colazione... semplicemente favolosa Ricca, varia e preparata con grande attenzione. Grazie a tutto il team per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo con grande piacere!

La colazione

La TV funzionava malissimo ma soprattutto posizione della camera infelice, vista la scadente insonorizzazione si sentiva tutto sia dei corridoi che delle altre stanze, ma soprattutto le signore delle pulizie che passavano l’aspirapolvere alle 7:30 di mattina in reception, lo staff non si è scusato anzi ha ribattuto che le pulizie si possono fare solo a quell’ora.
