apartment was clean and spacious, however there were cockroaches crawling in the apartment, the light fused off in the lounge area, kettle was coming on intermittently, think because the lid knob was broken and you could not fill the kettle from the lid. filled from the spout but not conducive.Too noisy in terms of the traffic and music from the taxis stopping or passing by to drop off passengers. although there are notices advising of noise/ disturbances, people residing in the building were loud to a point it was echoeing. there was extreme noise disturbances past the 20h00 curfew. not conducive for people working from the apartment.
