The caretaker was always available and helpful, place is not very far from waterfall and shopping centre, safe , clean and peaceful...love the braai facility, beautiful bathroom with hot water always, spacious rooms with fridge and microwave

Braai area is nice but braai grid/grill was dirty from the previous braai, lounge and dining area was also nice and spacious. Staff member was friendly and accommodating.

Aircon stopped working at some point, mind you it is summer :( Passage carpet towards my room was dirty Pool was dirty, we considered that it was windy on the day which resulted in tree leaves scattered into the pool but it was clear that it was not maintained for the next guests. It was not made clear at booking stage that we will be sharing the kitchen and lounge with other guests and therefore it was a bit tense for my family.
