Hotel airport annex

Denied to accommodate us and at the last minute I have to spend lots of money to book another hotel

Nothing is there to like in this hotel

This was the worst room you could get. No hot water shower, Water coming out in drips , not flowing from the tap which looked 50 years old. Cocroach running under bed. When key inserted into slot to turn power on in the room , no power would come on. Had to find hotel staff in corridor who turned a switch on the outside "( in corridor of hotel). Why would they switch it off is beyond me. Very stressful trip. Person n reception disappears for 15-20 minutes at a time keeping clients waiting in reception. Need my money back!!! Could not shower because no hot water in this room !!!!!

I liked nothing

Room was stinky we literally had to manage because we had paid the amount. We had orders Lunch and they did not gave proper plates and spoons.

This property is very nice for Budget value rooms, i regular and frequently visited person last 3 years in this property. Staff is very good regarding services, In house kitchen with good chef. Had a fantastic and lovely food last time.

Location is close to the airport nice surroundings with lot of shops and Restaurants
