Location, quality, value; however, be prepared for loud music from the restaurant below. It should end around 11:30 or midnight.

Noise from Restaurant below, fortunately, only on the first night, a Sunday, not on Monday.

"Great location"

Great central location. Large room with good facilities and fresh bottled water daily. Good cafe on ground floor that did a great breakfast.

We were on first floor so there was street noise in the evening but it didn’t bother us although it may others. No kettle to make a coffee although the room is above a cafe and they a great breakfast
