Everything, the room was super comfy and felt luxurious. The restaurant bar is top notch, we only ate breakfast there but it was absolutely delicious and the staff is very polite and efficient. Location is perfect! Right in the heart of the city.

Music from the restaurant can be heard to the 1st floor room which we stayed in, but it didn’t bother us too much, volume went down around 00:00.

We loved everything! Cozy room, luxurious amenities, prime location - all services were top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Vittori all-day-bar downstairs is a perfect place for a drink, chill-out, and watch the world go by :)

Clean and comfortable . Great communication. Housekeeping excellent. Great location.

No water supply when we arrived but problem resolved fairly quickly and communication good. We were provided with additional 6 big bottles of water as back up plan!

Fantastic staff. Very good communication.. Envangelia ….friendly, helpful well mannered, and professional.

Nothing significant, but it might be useful to have hooks by the sink for hanging towel towels. Maybe a small discount for hotel apartment guest in the bar café downstairs.

Excellent location close to everything.

Location is in the centre of old town so a lot of noise from nearby bars but that didn't bother us. Need to have transport booked to the airport as taxis can be scarce.
