Bene l’organizzazione, la pulizia e la comunicazione

Le finestre non si aprono e non entra luce dall’esterno. Scarsa attenzione alle rifiniture del bagno (tubature scoperte dietro il bidet- tappo scarico doccia)

"perfect cheap modern clean stay"

clean and tidy, had all of the amenities needed and toiletries plenty of towels and perfect instructions on how to access the room.

no issues with the property slight walk to the Main Street and beach but no issues at all

La vicinanza al lungomare

Il materasso moto duro... Passato la notte in bianco. Nella stanza c'era un gran odore di fumo di sigaretta che per noi che non fumiamo è stato poco piacevole

"Tanti pregi ma si consiglia qualche miglioria"

La posizione centrale e vicinissima sia al centro che alla stazione, la possibilità di usare la cucina con stoviglie e elettrodomestici, il silenzio notturno, il parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri di distanza dalla struttura, l'ampia metratura di camere e bagni. Bagni con ampie finestre.

La stanza 3 ha la maniglia della persiana rotta e non si può aprire per far entrare la luce. La stanza 2 ha due finestre, ma una è dietro la testata del letto e non si può usare. Sarebbe da migliorare l'aspetto luminosità di queste due camere. I materassi sarebbero da cambiare (secondo me..), si sentono le molle. Il servizio pulizie quotidiano non garantito (il 31/12 la governante è caduta malata e non è stata sostituita) anche se il servizio era incluso nel prezzo.
