Phoenix Court Hotel

The staff were great really friendly and helpful cannot speak highly enough of them.The room was clean tidy and warm.The view of the bay was fantastic and the onsite parking was a bonus.

Honestly can't really say there was anything I didn't like .For the price the room was spot on.

We were welcomed by Shelly who was kind, caring and happy. It was lovely to arrive at a Hotel and be so welcomed. The area couldnt be better. The views of North Bay are incredible. The room was great and it was so quiet. No noise from other rooms as you get in the new style Hotels. You get to choose your breakfast the night before and its cooked fresh. There is a small bar with many different drinks and probably the cheapest prices you'll find in a Hotel.

Unfortunately there was a strange smell in room.

Shelly could not have been more welcoming the room was lovly and clean evrything we needed for our overnight stay I have mobility scooter which I initially left outside but Shelly insisted on lifting it into the lobby and helping ud in and out when we went in or out which was very much appreciated

Good for one night. Would not do a longer stay as room was very small. Friendly staff. Was more a b & b than a hotel.

The room has a nice view and a great location. It’s fine overall. A nice feature is that downstairs you can buy drinks, including alcohol, and sit down to relax while enjoying a beautiful sea view. Overall, there’s a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay.

There wasn’t anything in particular that I didn’t like.
