Lokalizacja tuż obok Sassi. Świetny kontakt z Właścicielem. Bardzo nowocześnie urządzona łazienka, łóżko super wygodne a co najważniejsze wszystko bardzo czyste! Mini bar w cenie, ekspres do kawy plus kapsułki i ciastka. Polecam!

Nie zwróciłam uwagi podczas rezerwacji, że pokój nie ma okna na zewnątrz a ja bardzo lubię świeże powietrze;)

"Perfect location to explore Matera"

The property was perfect for our quick one-night stay in Matera. The room is on the smaller side, but is perfectly adequate for a couple to spend a few nights exploring Matera. The property is right outside the edge of the Sassi area of Matera, which makes it easy to dive to and find parking (which would be impossible in the Sassi area itself), and then it's a 3-minute easy walk to the old town Matera (Sassi - cave houses). The place is very clean, and well equipped, everything works just fine. The host was very welcoming, and the check-in and check-out were a breeze. Great value for the money, highly recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Matera

"ótima opção para Matera com anfitrião que fala português"

A estadia foi curta, mas ótima. Estrutura toda nova, quarto bom e espaçoso, ótimo banheiro, com chuveiro bom e confortável. A hospitalidade do Mattia foi exepcional, desde a chegada, quando arrumou uma vaga de estacionamento gratuita, até a saída, dando total apoio ao que precisamos, mesmo após o checkout. O mais legal é que ele fala português muito bem, então nos sentimos em casa mesmo. Ainda, ele possui uma excelente casa de massas pertinho da hospedagem.

"Alloggio molto confortevole e pulito"

Camera ampia molto accogliente e molto pulita a due passi dal centro di Matera. Grazie di cuore a Mattia per la gentilezza e accoglienza

È un po’ complicato trovare parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio a pagamento adiacente la struttura, ma il primo maggio era pieno.

Świetna lokalizacja zaraz obok Sassi i podziemnego parkingu na samochód. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem - dostaliśmy kilka świetnych poleceń odnośnie gdzie co zjeść. Cicho więc się wyspaliśmy a mamy lekki sen.

Appartement refait à neuf, très beau et propre. Bon support et communication de l’hôte. À 5mins des sassi.

Environnement pas très sexy mais très proche des sassi.
