La vue

Le personnel est sympathique, mais la responsable espagnole est une dame très irrespectueuse qui ne sait absolument pas comment traiter les clients. Elle parle avec arrogance et se permet des remarques déplacées. J’étais censée prolonger mon séjour et ajouter quelques jours de vacances supplémentaires, mais j’ai finalement changé d’avis à cause de cette mauvaise expérience. Je suis vraiment déçue. Mes vacances ont été gâchées à cause de son comportement et je ne pense pas renouveler l’expérience dans cet hôtel.
