The service is extremely poor. If you check Google reviews, you will see that many other guests have raised similar complaints, not just me. Requests were ignored and not properly fulfilled, and no adequate explanation was provided. The water pressure was severely weak, which made my shower time take nearly twice as long. Additionally, although I was told that my late check-out would be extended by one hour, the staff changed their position and asked me to leave immediately after noticing that I had left a negative review. Everything I have stated here is based on facts, and I strongly advise you to consider this carefully. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.
