The location was fantastic, and Ann (the host) was so sweet and helpful.

L’emplacement est parfait, car on peut tout faire à pied tout en étant au calme, avec des vélos à disposition. La chambre est lumineuse avec une salle de bain bien équipée. Ann est adorable et très arrangeante

- 위치가 끝내줍니다! (올드타운이나 야시장도 적당히 걸어갈 수 있고, 뭣보다 호이안에서 제일 맛있는 반미집이랑 1분 거리입니다. ATM 도 가까워서 번화가에서 줄서면서 뽑지 않아도 돼요!) - 그리고 불편한 점에 대한 피드백이 확실합니다. 주인분이 너무 친절하시고 착하셨어요! - 귀여운 강아지들이 있는데 사람 너무좋아해서 강아지 좋아하면 강추입니다~~ - 시설이 낡긴 했지만 청소는 정말 깨끗하게 되어있어요. 홈스테이+이 가격대에서는 최적의 컨디션입니다! (사실 이정도 청결에 불만 있으시면 호텔을 가시는게..) - 특히 침대 진짜 기가 맥히고 코가 맥힘. 다낭 3방짼데 손꼽히게 편안한 침대였어요 ㄹㅇ 다음날 다낭에서 숙박한 호텔 침대보다 좋았음

- 창문이 열려있었어서 처음 체크인 시 방에 모기가 좀 있었어요. 하지만 외출하면서 주인분께 말씀드렸더니 다녀왔을 때 사체조차 하나도 찾지 못할 만큼 말끔하게 처리되어 있었습니다! - 뭐 홈스테이니까 감안해야 합니다만 시설이 엄청 최신은 아니에요. 애초에 이정도는 고려하고 숙소를 잡으실 거라고 생각합니다. - 이것도 당연한건데 방음이 엄청 좋지는 않아요. 그래도 일단은 민가였기 때문에 수면에 방해되는 요소는 없었습니다. 가끔 강아지가 짖었어요 ㅋㅋ

The property is so centrally located but is really peaceful and quiet. The hosts are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. My room was cleaned daily and it felt like really good value for money. There is a lovely courtyard to enjoy beers in, some friends were staying at a different place but were welcome in by the host to relax in the courtyard playing cards together all evening. It is a must stay if you want peaceful simplicity in Hoi An

Nothing - it was perfect

I liked the clean spacious and amazing rooms. The balcony view is amazing. Everything works well in the room. The aircon works great. The toilet and shower is really clean and nice too. MOST OF ALL, I love the owner. She is very nice. She made hand written notes for us, welcome drinks which is really good, and answers inquiries and recommends places and things to do. She helped us with coconut boat tour, food recommendations, and other things.

Super Lage und die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. zudem fand ich es eine schöne Atmosphäre. Sie Zimmer waren schön und sauber und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp sehr gut. :))

Hôte aux petits soins, vraiment dévouée et qui donne des bons conseils. Très bonne situation, très proche de la vieille ville et en même temps au calme.
