ZAI was cold during the night and asked for blankets but only got one that really didn't make much of a difference

The TV remote had ran out of batteries and it is only limited to youtube,provided the blankets were very dirty and not warm at all.

We asked beforehand to check in early (13:00) into the two rooms we booked so we will be in time for a wedding we were attending, as their check in time is only at 14:00. They said it is fine. When we arrived we were informed that we couldn't check into one of the rooms until 16:00, because they had "day visitors" (I'm sure we all know what that means). So not only was our request not granted, we would have had to wait even if we wanted to check in at the normal time, which is ridiculous.
ZAThe host was good.
The bed had strands of hair. The toilet was uncomfortable to use cause it was broken.
