The staff Mr Sahil and Mr Waseem provided an excellent help in arranging things in an very quick manner.Breakfast was awesome and so was the hotel,overall it was an very comfortable,exceptional homely stay

Not a good mattress. No cupboard, no mirror, not good food. Unfurnished accomodation, Situated in the jungle No basic amenities neatby.

The sunset view was home away from home . Every one made us feel so comfortable Muzamil was on his toes to make sure we have the best of our stay. The property is so beautiful we maintained extremely clean surrounded u apple farms . Food was amazing our kid enjoyed the space in the room and the corridors we have super experience. I would like to recommend this property for stay to everyone coming to see the beauty of gulmarg

Good location and friendly staff and not that worth it for money.

Small Room. Ceiling lights are unable to switched off while sleeping it’s really irritating. Also power failure

Don’t go with the photos. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, nicely maintained. We got a separate area to keep our luggage and dress-up, which kept our bedroom clean. The staffs were really sweet. They gave us very homely feeling, like you are actually staying with Kashmir people and knowing their lives. The service was really fast and the way they treat you feels like another home. They made us eat such good Kashmiri food. They will ask what you want to eat and prepare accordingly, veg or non-veg. This residence was surrounded with trees, of apple and walnut and you can hear a river flowing sound from your bedroom. The best part about there was the morning and evening walks as there was a river flowing near the residence, you can sit there for hours. Overall I loved the stay and would like to revisit them. Thankyou for making this a memorable experience 😊😇✨

The host lady and elderly man were friendly and welcoming person.The room and bath was very clean with hot water for bathing.They provided toiletries upon request.It was close to a stream and beautiful natural surroundings which was the heart of the Tangmarg forest area.The local people around this are were respectful and pleasant.The lunch was homecokked tasty meals however the portions were way too big.

The bed was extremely hard.Suggestion:Have a high density foam mattress for guests to get a comfortable sleep without back soreness.Breakfast needs close attention particularly the use of fresh bread and not 2 or 3 days old bread provided to guests.Some of the staff need to understand instructions carefully and there needs to be someone present at the reception area atleast to assist with queries during the day.The location is far away from any shops.A decent price for taxi services could be an option from the location.It was noticed that on two days that 2 members of staff had followed us to the main road to enquire about our whereabouts which seemed creepy.Don't charge exobertant prices for taxi services to guests (From Location to Golamarg).There is no coffee available in thr morning during breakfast times which is a basic breakfast beverage.
