The space

The constant blocking of shower and the smell was horrendous, also the upkeep of the grassed area should be looked at entrance looked like a dirt track , on the morning we left there was no water at all with a baby this was not good

Vi bodde på Luminosa Luxury Villa som en grupp på 12 personer och hade överlag en mycket trevlig vistelse. Villan är rymlig, ren och välskött, med en fin pool och ett härligt utomhusområde som vi verkligen uppskattade. Allt kändes fräscht och bekvämt, och vi var särskilt nöjda med att det fanns gott om handdukar för alla.

Det fanns dock några problem i köket. Ugnen och spisen på nedre våningen fungerade inte som de skulle, vi kunde inte ens laga något så enkelt som pommes frites, och spishällen var opålitlig, vilket gjorde matlagningen frustrerande. Diskmaskinen fungerade inte heller ordentligt, inte ens två omgångar räckte för att rengöra disken. Märkväl att de blir mycket disk av 12 personer. Dessutom saknades en ugnsplåt i köket på övre våningen, vilket ytterligare begränsade användningen.

La piscine était inutilisable eau marron suite aux pluies mais les piscines des autres villas aux alentours ont étaient de suite nettoyé c est dommage d avoir payé une prestation non utilisable

Virkelig dejligt, Vi havde fuld adgang til begge etager samt alle værelser i hele huset

Very comfotable villa, plenty of room

The flat that they offered was in good condition the only issue was that they advertise that you have the entire villa but when you get there they say you can't use the botton as it is for storage.

You are misled to believe that you are hiring the entire villa but it is only the 1st floor which is only a 2 bedroom flat. The ground floor is for storage. I reported this to the rep. when I was there but nothing was done. I complained to Booking.com when I got back, but they are saying I should have said something before and they are not responsible for any refund/ gesture of goodwill as I reported it after my stay, even though I said something to the rep. on the second day.

Villa was clean and modern. The pool was beautiful and relaxing, my family loved it. Staff was very accommodating. Our host Maria was pleasant and responded to all our needs right away.

The only thing I did not like was that we only had the top floor and 1 washroom. In the pictures it looks like you have the whole villa but the first floor was closed to us for storage.
