La struttura è situata in posizione ottimale per raggiungere facilmente a piedi in pochi minuti sia il porto che il centro, la colazione è abbastanza varia soprattutto per la parte salata.

Le camere sono poco insonorizzate, in particolar modo quelle che si trovano al piano terra che sono adiacenti alla reception e quindi si sentono tutti i rumori.
