Cozy garden apartment

The apartment was big enough and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. The rooms are big and the matresses are comfortable. The location is in the heart of rethymno and very close to the old town.

If I should write a negative comment, this would relate to the deep cleaning of the kitchen and the absence of cleaning products for the toilet. However, the bed sheets and toilets were very clean.

Very comfortable and very near to the centre of the town within walking distance to everything.

The location is great and the place is so big and great value for money. The host was also very easy to contact and instructions were simple

First of all the owner is very kind and always accommodating. The flat is an excellent choice for families or group of friends. It has three separate rooms with very comfortable beds. One very big bathroom and a WC which is life saving at times. The flat is located very near to the Rethymno Municipal Gardens and a 5 minute walk from the old town of Rethymno and all the beautiful small shops located there. Near the flat you can find a super market, bakeries and cafes' and some restaurants. The flat has everything you need for a relaxing stay and if you want to cook or prepare breakfast at home you can find everything you need to cook. It also has a huge fridge and a huge dishwasher. It also has a huge balcony for having breakfast or fruit salads out there. Last but not least it has a private parking space just beside the entrance of the building which is a huge plus since there is a horrible situtation with parking spaces in Rethymno. Overall a great choice!!!!

Excellent place. Spacious. ALL amenities and appliances. Huge terrace. The owner Spyros is very helpful and responds instantly.  And not to forget - a private parking spot - very convenient in the center of this city!  Perfect location just accross from the park. 1300m to beach, 200m to old town. Great nearby cafes, Neighborhood Cafe and Bankery, also for breakfast. All good places to find shadow... Looking for low-key dinner (gyres and the likes)? We recommend the nearby  Κουρδιστό Πορτοκάλι.  Try out Κουρδιστό Πορτοκάλι for a pre-dinner relaxing beer with the locals watching life in front of you. Beware that Google maps shows location on the wrong corner of the park. Specify Koumoundourou 5 instead and you will get the rigth location. 

Nothing to dislike.

The apartment is impressively big, can easily fit a whole family with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony is huge and the area is very quiet. In the kitchen you can find all the equipment you need for cooking proper food, feels like home. If you dont feel like cooking yourself, right outside the apartment you have many options for eateries, bakeries , restaurants etc. It is perfectly located very close to the entrance of the Old Town of Rethimno, and we found its price reasonable.

The shower drainage needs some checking, it is slow.

Excelent location, near the old town and the beach, walk in distance, great terrace; lovely luxuriant park next to the apartment, great view on it from the terrace, where you have a beautiful pine tree bending over. The owner is lovely and gives you all the needed information
