I like the location, room and cleanliness

No shampoo and body wash

The room accessories such as laundry fridge , TV were good. Wifi was good.

The washroom even didn’t have a hand wash or soap. There was smoke smell in the room, due to which Me being sensitive to smoke, faced cough and breathing problem. The underground, auto car parking was available. There was no place where we could park our car for even 5 minutes. It was not feasible to send car underground and then bring it up if we need to use car frequently.

The Hotel location is best if you want to explore the centre and the malls and want to shop! It is clean, and the rooms are good and spacious, and the beds are also comfortable. They also already informed us in advance of the disposable toiletries that they would not be able to provide, which was good, as we could prepare upfront before the trip.

The staff was very helpful, but they were not that fluent in English - which was understandable as well. We did not have an issue, as we had someone who spoke Korean, so it worked for us. Bathrooms could be a little larger.

The room and the building were sparkling clean. Having a mini apartment was very convenient. The AC worked well.

It was a bit far from the train station and the bed was as hard as a rock.
